The retail world, traditionally one of the most competitive environments in which to work and make a profit, is coming under even more pressure with online retail, price reductions and the need to provide a truly enhanced customer experience. The Global Retail Absence Survey analysed the responses of retail managers across Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S to examine the broad impact of absenteeism on major retail organisations with more than 1,000 employees.
