For several years now, Decathlon has been facing a steady increase in the volume of HR documents requiring management. To remain productive, the company had to find a solution for digitising and automating its HR documents.
Decathlon issues thousands of payslips, stakeholder statements and mandatory profit-sharing statements annually. HR managers waste enormous time and money on printing, sorting and sending documents. The digitisation of HR documents has enabled Decathlon to reduce its consumption of paper and ink, an eco-friendly choice corresponding to its commitment to sustainable development. An enormous historical catch-up has been achieved in record time: more than 25 years of archives have been integrated into the platform- more than a million documents. Moreover, thanks to UKG, the HR department has reduced its document distribution and archiving costs by 43%.
