Sessions will focus on leadership, resilience, compliance, and the future of work, showing how to unlock value from AI by connecting workforce insight directly to execution through UKG.  

The event begins with an Opening Plenary led by Jennifer Morgan, Chief Executive Officer of UKG, who will share UKG’s bold vision for transforming frontline work, and how organisations can power their people globally. Suresh Vittal, Chief Product Officer of UKG, will follow with a keynote showcasing how UKG technology innovation is disrupting the complex and important challenges of frontline work.  

A highlight of the event will be a fireside chat between Russell Howe, GVP EMEA at UKG, and Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button exploring what high performance looks like under pressure and the leadership mindset required to motivate teams and succeed in fast-changing environments. The plenary concludes with the UKG Innovation Awards, recognising organisations using new and emerging technologies to turn their frontline workforces into a competitive advantage using UKG solutions.

The event concludes with Jamil Qureshi, a high-performance psychologist, who will share insights from working with elite athletes, executives, and teams on what truly drives sustained high performance.
